01 Is my booking confirmed straight away? +
No. Every booking reaches us as pending. We confirm it on WhatsApp once we have checked the slot and assigned a crew to it, usually within the hour during working hours. You are not charged anything until the job is done.
02 Do you bring your own water? +
We bring the pressure washer, foam cannon, shampoos, waxes and towels, and a drum for topping up. We connect to your tap and a mains power point. That is exactly what keeps an Exterior Wash at PKR 899 where a doorstep service carrying its own water has to charge far more.
03 What if I have no tap or power point? +
Book the Waterless Wash. It is built exactly for flats, office basements and plazas: a professional spray-and-wipe wash that needs zero water and zero electricity from you. For every other service, water and electricity are provided by you at the location and we bring everything else.
04 How long does each service really take? +
Exterior Wash 30 to 40 minutes. Inside + Outside Clean 90 to 120 minutes. Exterior Shine 2 to 3 hours. Full Detail 4 to 5 hours. Showroom Detail is a full-day job with a two-person crew, 6 to 8 hours, and we only take two a day. Anyone promising a full interior and exterior in 15 minutes is not doing the whole job.
05 Is the Showroom Detail a ceramic coating? +
No, and we will not call it one. The Showroom Detail finishes with a ceramic spray sealant that lasts up to six months with proper care. If you want the real thing, our separate Ceramic Coating service applies a genuine 12-month consumer-grade coating with the full polish prep included, PKR 9,999, or PKR 3,999 as an add-on right after a Showroom Detail.
06 What equipment and chemicals do you use? +
A professional pressure washer. The two bucket method. Colour coded microfibre towels for body glass and wheels. A pH neutral biodegradable car shampoo. A foam cannon for the pre soak. For Showroom Detail we add a clay bar, a dual action polisher and a ceramic boost spray.
07 Do you charge extra for an SUV? +
Yes, and it is shown on every package before you book. Exterior Wash adds PKR 200, Inside + Outside Clean PKR 400, Exterior Shine PKR 500, Full Detail PKR 800 and Showroom Detail PKR 1,500. Sedans and hatchbacks pay the listed price.
08 How do I pay? +
After the job is finished, never before. Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed once at the start of the month.
